Everbecoming Nursing, using the public brand Nurse Coach Sandra (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates www.nursecoachsandra.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information through our website and related business communications.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss our services, and arrange appointments directly with you. Our website contact forms are processed through Squarespace. Submissions are stored in our designated Google Drive account and delivered to Sandra@nursecoachsandra.com. Squarespace, Google, and Northwest Registered Agent, our business email hosting provider, process information as needed to provide these services.
Please use our public contact form for general inquiries only. Do not submit medical records, laboratory results, payment card information, or detailed health information through this form. We provide instructions for sharing information needed for services during enrollment.
Website hosting and visitor information
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace collects information about your browser, network, and device; your IP address; referring webpages; and pages viewed on this website. Analytics
We use Squarespace Analytics to understand website traffic and activity. Information collected may include browser, network, and device details; IP addresses; referring webpages; and interactions such as clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps. We provide this information to Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to help us understand how visitors use our website. We do not currently use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Purchases, invoices, and payments
When you purchase services, we collect information needed to arrange and process your purchase, such as your name, contact information, billing address, services purchased, transaction details, and payment history. We use Squarespace’s branded invoices to request and collect payments. Information processed may include your name, email address, invoice details, and payment history. We share this information with Squarespace to provide invoicing services. Stripe also processes information for payments through this feature.
We use Squarespace Payments to accept online payments. Squarespace Payments uses third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and Sift for fraud monitoring and detection. These providers process personal information under their respective privacy policies:
If you select Klarna when available as a payment option, Klarna processes information needed to evaluate and administer your payment arrangement under its own terms and privacy policy, presented during the payment process. Invoice descriptions are kept general and do not include diagnoses, laboratory results, or detailed health information.

Marketing emails
If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may email you about services, group sessions, special offers, blog posts, and business updates. We use Squarespace Email Campaigns to manage our mailing list and send marketing emails. When you subscribe, Squarespace processes your subscription information, such as your name and email address. It may also process information about interactions with our emails, such as opens and link clicks, to help us understand campaign performance.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in the email or by contacting Sandra@nursecoachsandra.com.
Submitting an inquiry or purchasing services does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary communications about appointments, payments, or services you have requested.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Health information and client records
Information provided during nurse coaching services—including intake information, health history, laboratory reports, session records, and client communications—is subject to applicable confidentiality requirements and any separate clinical privacy notices provided during enrollment.
This website Privacy Policy does not replace a legally required Notice of Privacy Practices or authorize disclosures requiring your separate permission. Identifiable client health information is not used in advertising or testimonials without appropriate separate authorization.
Information retention
We generally retain information according to the following schedule:
General inquiries that do not become client records: up to 12 months after the last communication.
Client records, agreements, and consents: at least seven years after the last date of service.
Payment, invoice, and tax records: seven years after the end of the relevant tax year.
Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe or we remove you from the mailing list. We may retain limited information needed to honor your opt-out request.
Information may be retained longer when required by applicable law, professional obligations, or a complaint, dispute, investigation, or legal hold.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or dispose of it. Copies in backups may remain until removed through the applicable backup cycle.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Ordinary email, text messages, and public website forms should not be assumed to provide the protections of an approved clinical communication channel.
Your requests

Some records must be retained to meet legal or professional obligations; we will explain applicable limitations. Requests concerning client health records are handled under applicable health information laws and any separate clinical privacy notice.
Children
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
