This website is operated by Everbecoming Nursing under the public brand Nurse Coach Sandra. These terms explain permitted website use and the scope and limitations of information provided here. Paid services are governed by a separate signed client agreement.
Nurse coaching services
Sandra Kung, BSN, RN, NC-BC, provides nurse coaching, nursing health education, goal setting, and support for lifestyle changes within her authorized nursing scope of practice. Services may include discussion of existing, client-provided laboratory reports for education and preparation of questions for the client’s treating clinician. Under the services currently offered, Sandra does not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, order diagnostic testing, recommend or sell supplements, or direct clients to stop or change prescribed treatment.
Nurse coaching complements care from your treating clinicians. It does not replace medical evaluation, treatment, emergency care, or services outside this practice’s scope.
Website information
Website content, including blog posts and downloadable materials, provides general education and does not constitute an individualized assessment, diagnosis, or care plan. Do not delay seeking appropriate medical evaluation for new, worsening, or unexplained symptoms because of information on this website. Viewing this website or submitting an inquiry does not establish an ongoing nurse-client relationship. Professional duties arising from services actually provided remain applicable.
Eligibility and appointments
Individualized services are offered to adults age 18 and older who reside in California and are physically located in California when services are provided. Appointments are arranged directly with the Practice. Clients should notify the Practice before traveling outside California so scheduling and service eligibility can be addressed.
Free consultation
The free 15-minute consultation is an introductory conversation about your goals, our services, and whether working together may be appropriate. It is not a comprehensive assessment, diagnostic appointment, laboratory review, or emergency service.
Emergencies
This website, contact forms, email, and routine communication channels are not continuously monitored and are not intended for emergencies.
For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Fees and payment
Service descriptions and prices are provided before enrollment. Paid coaching requires a separate client agreement specifying services, fees, payment arrangements, communication, cancellations, and refunds.
Payment in full before the first paid session is preferred. A Practice-administered installment arrangement may be agreed in writing:
Initial package, $925: $310 before session 1, $310 before session 3, and $305 before session 5.
Renewal package, $900: $300 before session 1, $300 before session 3, and $300 before session 5.
Each installment covers the next two sessions and must be paid before that pair begins. If third-party payment options such as Afterpay or Klarna are available at checkout, eligibility, payment schedules, interest, and fees are determined by the provider’s terms. These arrangements are separate from the Practice’s own installment plan. Packages do not renew automatically.
Cancellations and refunds
The signed client agreement sets out cancellation fees, courtesy waivers, package completion deadlines, and refund eligibility. Any approved refund involving a third-party payment provider will be processed through the applicable payment system. Clients should review the provider’s terms concerning remaining payments and refund processing. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
HSA/FSA and insurance
We do not currently guarantee HSA/FSA acceptance, expense eligibility, insurance coverage, or reimbursement. Clients should confirm eligibility with their plan administrator.
Results and testimonials
Individual experiences and results vary. We do not guarantee symptom resolution, weight loss, laboratory changes, or other specific health outcomes. Testimonials, if displayed with appropriate permission, describe individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise identified, our original website content, branding, photographs, and worksheets belong to us or are used with permission. You may use materials provided to you for your personal purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, publish, or represent them as your own without permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Do not misuse website forms, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website operation.
